Account Settings

An interactive multi-section settings area: left settings nav (Profile, Account, Notifications, Billing, Team) switched via useState, each section rendering a real form with inputs/switches; a profile section with avatar + fields, a notifications section with switch rows, a billing section with plan card and invoices table.
