Issue Tracker

A Linear-style issue tracker: a left nav of saved views, a main issues list with priority icons, status badges, assignee avatars, and labels. Status filter tabs (Backlog/Todo/In progress/Done) that filter via state, a search input, and a new-issue composer. Clicking a status tab and typing in search must filter the list interactively.
